If you love to create custom looks for your home, then making your own decoupage paper to use in decor projects will be your cup of tea! I've tried with great success, multiple ways of creating decoupage paper using an inkjet printer (a laser printer can also be used) and simple gift wrap tissue paper, thicker rice paper, and even mulberry paper and plain white napkins!
